CONCEPT CLEANING ENSURES QUALITY SERVICE BY:
* Providing a Professional Cleaning Service that is Licensed and Insured.
* Screening & Training all Cleaning Professionals on our Systems & Policies.
* Offering a 24-Hour Service Guarantee (Within the Limits of your Chosen Package) (This guarantee is null and void if there are active pets, people or other trades in the home during or after the service).
* Upon obtaining a rental property clean we do not and can not guarantee the return of your security deposit. This is between you and your Landlord as agreed upon in your Tenancy.
IN ORDER TO PROVIDE THE BEST QUALITY SERVICE:
* Please ensure your home is accessible for entry. A Service Fee of 50% will be billed if we are unable to access your home after a confirmed clean.
* Deactivate Alarm Systems. If you choose to leave the alarm armed, we will not be held responsible for false alarms or misuse of the alarm system.
* Ensure all items such as toys & clothing piles and excessive clutter are removed from floors & areas that require detailing. Please also ensure the kitchen sink is free of dishes. (Hourly charges of $50/Man Hour may be incurred if the home is not prepared for your chosen cleaning package/or scope of work exceeds average home.
* If we are requested to clean antique furniture or collectables the customer agrees not to hold Concept Cleaning Ltd. responsible for any damage.
*If you have specialty items in the home that require specific products or specific treatment; this information must be relayed in writing prior to your clean. If such information is not provided and damages occur Concept Cleaning holds no accountability for damage cost, repair or replacement.
*Concept Cleaning Ltd. does not clean computer/television or projections screens for liability purposes.
*Upon moving furniture or appliances Concept Cleaning Ltd. will assume the items are on felt pads or rollers and does not assume responsibility for any floor damage. All Cleaning Professionals have the right to refuse moving or lifting of items they are not comfortable with.
*For Laundry service requests Concept Cleaning does not hold liability for any items requiring special laundering instruction.
*We will make every effort not to damage any items, but accidents do happen. We have Limited Liability Protection for replacement or repair. Identical replacement will be attempted but not guaranteed. It is for this reason; we avoid cleaning requests for irreplaceable or valuable items. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of service or customer assumes liability.
*Concept Cleaning Ltd. cannot be responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation, lack of maintenance, or general wear and tear of any items.
RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION POLICY
* We require 24-hour notice for reschedules or cancellations. There will be a cancellation fee of 50% of customer’s cleaning rate on cancellations within 24 hours of all confirmed scheduled cleans. (Exception of illness or emergency's)
* We will make every attempt to reschedule company-initiated schedule changes due to holidays or extreme weather conditions as close to regular scheduled cleaning date as possible. We are closed all Statutory Holidays.
* If cancellation or rescheduling causes more than (2) scheduled services to elapse between cleanings, the next cleaning will be charged at the initial clean hourly rate of $40/Man Hour over and above your scheduled cleaning package to get the home back to its regular maintained condition.
PAYMENT POLICIES
An Invoice will be forwarded upon completion of your work. Same day payment is required (unless otherwise negotiated).
CHEQUE, CASH, VISA/MASTERCARD and BANK TRANSFERS, and PAYPAL are all acceptable forms of payment.
* A service charge of $35 will be added to all NSF Payments.
* Cash should be put in sealed envelopes addressed to the office.
*Non-payment of service within 30 days will be subject to submission to a 3rd party collections company.
PICTURES OF BEFORE & AFTER WORK
*We use a visual workflow system on all cleaning jobs. These before & after images are used for training & proof of performance. On occasion photos may be selected for social media support however we will ensure no personal items, addresses or client names will be provided.
NON‐SOLICITATION OF OUR EMPLOYEES
When entering into an agreement for services with Concept Cleaning Ltd. you agree not to solicit for hire any staff member introduced to you by Concept Cleaning Ltd. for any home‐related services. We spend a lot of time, income & resources finding, interviewing, checking references and backgrounds, and training our cleaners. When hired, each cleaning professional signs an agreement barring them from performing any home‐related service for any of our past or present customers. However, if you do wish to employ a staff member directly, please discuss this matter with our head office. Failure to comply will result in immediate cancellation of all future services with us.
Acceptance of any work performed by Concept Cleaning Ltd. is also deemed as acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
